so i am....here

Typing into the ether, aimlessly, for what reason? None it would seem. This grandiose attempt at a literary output has turned into another unfinished, forgotten project. Like a momentary burst of inspiration, frozen and immortalised on this lifeless incarnation of connectivity...the internet.

A potentially global instrument of networking, now recreated and multiplied the world over, bridging chasms between cultures, allowing us to expand our perceptions beyond local or even national ambitions. So many positive ramifications and potential opportunities for progress and creating sentences with too many p's in!

There are so many examples of the internet being used in exactly the most desirable and effective way possible, it has made a hugely vital impact on our lives and is an indispensable tool for the manipulation of information. Its a huge system based on the interaction of millions and millions of smaller systems, all of which are inanimate. So this physical network of electricity capable of such great things, relies wholly on the pursuit and study of scientific processes. Yet the majority of the world take it for granted and underestimate its use, thus allowing it to became just another stagnant collection of humanity at its worst.

When people criticise the internet, they are really criticising humanity, for all its downfalls and immorality will always be reflected in any creation we make, serving only to undermine and ultimately destroy it. Damn shame that...
